You'll be getting plenty of nutrients

The plan can be done if you are gluten free, dairy free, paleo, Whole30, keto, low sodium, low fat, low sugar or vegetarian. It can accommodate nearly any allergies or intolerances! It also doesn’t require any special foods, shakes, powders, supplements, teas or pills. You can take a daily multivitamin if you’d like to, but you’ll be getting plenty of nutrients so you should be good.

Works for gluten free, dairy free, nut free & vegans.

The plan can be modified for those who are vegan, although I recommend taking vitamin B12 and iron supplements in this case, please consult with your doctor if you are vegan to make sure you’re getting the proper nutrients, as it can be especially tricky to get some specific nutrients while vegan.
