The Bliss Meal Plan™ contains nutrition principles that I used to help me lose more than 50 pounds in 2019 on the plan. The nutrition plan is super simple and easy to follow and will teach your body to burn the fat already on your body instead of storing more fat from foods you’re eating. Through learning about what actually goes on inside of your body, you will be empowered to eat in a way that burns body fat, makes your skin glow, your hair shiny and your mood enhanced!
The plan can be done if you are gluten free, dairy free, vegan, nut free, paleo, low sodium, low sugar, vegetarian, the list goes on!!! It doesn’t require any special foods, shakes, powders, supplements, teas or pills. You can take a daily multivitamin if you’d like to, but you’ll be getting plenty of nutrients so you should be good.
The plan can be modified for those who are vegan, although I recommend taking vitamin B12 and iron supplements in this case, please consult with your doctor if you are vegan to make sure you’re getting the proper nutrients.
The principles of this meal plan are exactly what I myself followed to reach my current weight, and I’m not done yet! 🙂 It has helped me lose the most weight in the shortest amount of time, in a totally healthy way that I can maintain and actually enjoy!
This is not a program that requires you to workout. Exercise isn’t even required. I do recommend that you increase your daily walking, but that can be done walking round your neighborhood, to get coffee, walk to school or work, etc. And no calorie or macro counting is need either, I’ve done all of the calculations for you so the plan is all visual, and its not complicated at all.

It is my recommendation that you think about this like a lifestyle change, this is not a short term 21 day fix, this is a mindset and lifestyle change, and it’s completely maintainable long term. You can choose how compliant or relaxed you want to be depending on what your goals are and when you’d like your results by! I recommend starting really committed and then getting more relaxed when it becomes a habit and a lifestyle.
