Courtney entered real estate at just eighteen and built her career from a place of ambition and possibility. Growing up in a small German Mennonite town sparked her desire to create a completely different life in Toronto. What keeps her passionate today is helping others elevate their identity, finances, and family trajectory through smart, strategic property decisions. She believes a person’s address reflects who they are and who they intend to be, and she loves helping clients step into that next version of themselves.

A major milestone in Courtney’s career was moving to Midtown seven years ago after dreaming about it for years. Living in Davisville with her husband, Hugh, and their two young children, Lauren and Paul, feels like the culmination of a long-term vision. Being part of one of the city’s most desirable school catchments and waking up in a home with a pool, something she dreamed of as a child, makes her work even more meaningful. Selling multi million dollar homes for families, consistently breaking records, and being mentored by Midtown icons like Adam Weiner and Michael Kalles are achievements she values deeply.
Outside of real estate, Courtney is passionate about personal development. She loves coaching communities, conferences, neuroscience, habits, and identity frameworks. She is also health-conscious and wellness-focused. Courtney is an avid runner and tennis player, belonging to several tennis clubs. Whether it is Benjamin Hardy, Tony Robbins, or habit loop psychology, she brings the same energy to self-development and wellness that she brings to offer strategy.
Courtney’s love for Toronto is centred on Midtown. The stretch from Bloor to York Mills and from Bathurst to Bayview is, to her, the perfect place for families to grow, careers to expand, and identities to evolve. It is where she feels most connected to the life she envisioned eighteen years ago.
Her favourite Toronto spots include Mandy’s Midtown for a post-show salad, the Granite Club for tennis, wellness, and grounding, and her signature Hillsdale 5K walk for clarity and gratitude. She is also a regular on the Kay Gardiner Beltline, one of her favourite places to reflect and reset.
If Courtney were not in real estate, she would be a global keynote speaker, podcast host, and coach focused on wealth building, identity expansion, and personal reinvention, which she fully believes is where her journey is headed.
